Returns Policy

We want to offer you the best possible online shopping experience possible.  If you wish to return your item for any reason, RV Living offers a 14 day easy return policy.

Notify us of your intention to return to sales@duvalay.co.nz.

RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY TO:

Returns must be unused, unaltered, unwashed with all original tags in place.  Duvalay NZ reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these requirements.

Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the purchase was made once condition approved.
